Tips On How To Clean & Store OSIM uGlow Mist

Change water in water tank daily. If product is not going to be used for a long period of time, empty the water tank.

Clean with soft cloth regularly. Gently wipe the mist outlet with a cotton bud.

Store in a cool and well-ventilated area. Do not store the OSIM uGlow Mist in rooms with high temperature and humidity.

How to use the OSIM uGlow Mist?

For first time usage, please charge the product for at least 8 hours using the USB cord provided. After the first charge, you will only need to charge the device for approximately 2.5 hours which would then last for at least 8 hours of usage.

To power on the OSIM uGlow Mist, simply press the power button and the white LED light should light up indicating that the device is on. Once turned on, it should start defusing mist from the mist outlet. To turn off the device, press the power button again and the white LED light will turn off. The device will also stop operating automatically if the lid is closed.

To refill the water tank, slide the cover off the back, lift the water tank stopper and use the included dropper bottle to inject an appropriate amount of water. Once filled, plug the water tank stopper and slide the cover back on.

Can I add serums into the water tank?

We recommend to only use water to avoid buildup of bacteria left behind from the serum. It is recommended to use the OSIM uGlow Mist before applying a moisture-locking serum or toner for even dewier skin.

What is the recommended usage?

Use your OSIM uGlow Mist at the end of your skincare routine to lock in the moisture. It is recommended to use the device for 1-3 minutes per session. It is best to use the OSIM uGlow Mist especially if you are working in dry environments such as in an air-conditioned office or out in the hot weather.

How long does the water in the water tank last?

When it is in full tank capacity (25ml), it can last 30 minutes of continuous usage.
