• Only 1 x OSIM uThrone Gaming Massage Chair will be eligible for this Raffle.
• This Raffle is available from 18 Dec 2022, 12.00am (GMT +01:00) to 31 Dec 2022, 11.59pm (GMT +01:00).
• Upon confirmation of eligibility, customer will be notified by OSIM through the registered email address within 30 days after 31 December 2022.
• OSIM does not warrant that the Email will be uninterrupted or error-free. There may be delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies in the news, information, or other materials available. OSIM shall not be responsible for the availability or content of other services that may be linked to the Email.
• Winner will be notified when their prize has been shipped out. OSIM is unable to accede to other means or requests for collection.
• Once shipped, OSIM is not liable for any delays, omissions, interruptions and inaccuracies pertaining to the shipment. 
• In the event that the eligible customer is disqualified, OSIM may, at its own discretion, select another winner.
  
• Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and may be subject to availability.
• OSIM reserves the right to alter or terminate the Raffle at its own discretion.
• The decision of OSIM on all matters pertaining to the Raffle (including any dispute arising from the Email or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions) shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence or further claims shall be entertained.
• In case of any disputes, OSIM International Pte Ltd’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
