Delivery Policy (Online)
A flat fee of EUR9.90 is chargeable for all deliveries under EUR200.We will cover any tariffs/duties payable on your purchase.
Any delays in shipping due to customs or carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control, and we will not be held accountable for the delays.
1. How can I track my order?
We will ship out order within 1 – 3 business working days from Singapore through FedEx once order is confirmed, and payment is made. You will receive an automated FedEx email once the order is out on delivery with an order tracking number. With that tracking number, you can easily see the updated shipping status. 2. When can I expect to receive my Online Order?
We aim to process your order within 1 – 3 business working days. Your order typically reaches you within 2 weeks, as long as there are no customs or local delays. In some cases, you may receive it much earlier. We will inform you if there are any delays during transit.
Some orders may take longer to process if it was received during the weekend (Fri after 12pm - Sunday midnight), during peak season, sale periods and unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this.
