Can I purchase spare parts to do my own repairs?

In an effort to maintain the quality of our products, we do not sell spare parts directly to customers without a product evaluation by our specialized product technicians. Likewise, we highly do not recommend repairs by non-authorized personnel. Do note that any unauthorized repairs will void the warranty of your product. We take pride in serving you so please email us directly if assistance is required.

Where can I send my products for repair?

All product repairs are done in OSIM Headquarters located at 65 Ubi Avenue 1, Singapore 408939. Please email us at globalcs@osim.com.sg with your order number + product image of the affected product for further assistance. We will respond in 1 – 3 working days to your enquiry. Additional charges may occur for shipping fees and spare pairs if the product is not within warranty period.

What if my product is defective upon delivery?

How long is my product warranty?

OSIM Europe covers warranty for all purchase up to 2 years from purchase. View our full warranty statement here.

Product & Orders

How do I track my order?

We will ship out order within 3 – 5 business working days from our warehouse in EU, and payment is made. You will receive an automated tracking email once the order is out on delivery with an order tracking number. With that tracking number, you can easily see the updated shipping status. Should you require more information, please email globalcs@osim.com.sg for further assistance.

Do I pay taxes for my product?

No. Many international orders are subject to tariffs/duties and may cause some delays. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of OSIM.

How long will my order take?

Orders typically take 3 - 5 business working days to reach you. If there are any delays during transit, we will inform you via email.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders within EU will be delivered through UPS from our EU warehouse. Your order typically reaches you within 3 - 5 working days, you may receive it much earlier. We will inform you if there are any delays during delivery.

My product has not been delivered, what do I do?

We will ship out order within 3 – 5 business working days. If you do not see any email after, it may be in your email Junk or Spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please email us at globalcs@osim.com.sg for further assistance on order updates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express & PayPal payments.

We also accept 0% interest instalment payments through SplitIt. Please note, only credit cards are accept through SplitIt.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat fee of EUR$9.90 is chargeable for all deliveries under EUR$200. Free delivery is applied for orders above EUR$200. Taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of OSIM.
